What parts do CNC lathes mainly process

2023-08-29

1, special-shaped parts; Such as bracket, fork and other irregular shape parts, most of them need to be mixed processing of multiple stations. Due to the irregular shape of the parts, the ordinary machine tool can only carry out the processing of the process dispersion, which requires more tools and the production cycle will be longer. For CNC machine tools, processing such special-shaped parts is easy.

2, curved parts; CNC machine tools can complete the complex curve or curved surface of the part surface. In processing, multiple coordinate axes are required to carry out processes that are difficult to complete with ordinary machine tools. The process of these parts needs to be highly concentrated, the cumulative error of the part size should be small, and the assembly accuracy should be high. And CNC machine tools can meet the needs of these curved parts.

3, flat and perforated parts; Parts with parallel machined surfaces and horizontal machined surfaces at the same Angle are called planar parts. Each machining surface of this kind of part is flat or can be developed into a plane, and basically a special Angle forming milling cutter is selected for processing. CNC machine tools can be processed according to different spindle movements to have distributed holes such as keyways or end faces. It can also process curved disc sleeves and plate parts with more porous processing.

4, variable Angle parts; Parts with continuous changes in the Angle between the machining surface and the horizontal surface are called variable bevel parts. Most of these parts are parts on the aircraft, and the inspection fixture and assembly frame are also variable Angle parts.
