Disposable cutlery is made of PP/PS raw materials, which comply with FDA and SGS certification to ensure safety and non-toxicity. The tableware does not contain fluorescent agents, heavy metals, and can withstand temperatures from -20℃ to 120℃. The tableware is convenient and fast, suitable for outdoor activities, picnics, parties and other occasions. The tableware material is light and durable, easy to carry, and environmentally friendly and degradable. Using our tableware effectively reduces plastic pollution. Huaner provides a third-party test report, and customers can download the PDF to view it. Disposable utensils can be ordered as a set or separately. Solutions

According to the usage scenarios of plastic fork knife, you can choose different solutions we designed. We are currently upgrading our products by innovating environmentally friendly PLA materials, optimizing tableware structure design and adding child-safe tableware.

For use in the catering takeaway industry, you can choose our anti-slip tooth design series, that is, the fork teeth add anti-slip textures, and the spoon surface is made of anti-overflow edges. We can also provide PLA material sugarcane fiber models to achieve environmental protection levels.

When companies order group meals, they can choose our stackable tableware series to save space and facilitate transportation. Every 100 sets of compost cutlery can save 60% of space, and handles of different colors can be used for meat and vegetarian food respectively.

For banquets and parties, you can choose our high-end series of tableware such as gold and black. There are also special shapes of tableware to choose from, such as shell-shaped and serrated.

We have designed PP disposable serving utensils for microwave ovens for families, which can withstand temperatures of -20℃~120℃. We have designed blunt blades and extended handles to prevent accidental swallowing to ensure safety for children.

We may develop disposable tableware made of biodegradable materials in the future to meet environmental regulations.

‌Packaging and Transportation

Our plastic cutlery set packaging uses hard plastic boxes covered with bubble wrap and other cushioning materials to protect the surface of knives, forks and spoons. Each piece of tableware is fixed separately with foam pads to ensure that they will not collide with each other during transportation. Use five-layer reinforced cartons, filled with sufficient cushioning materials inside to protect the packaging box from being squeezed. ‌Each box is limited to 20 boxes‌ to ensure even weight distribution and easy handling. Our ‌outer packaging is marked with warning signs such as "fragile" and "moisture-proof" to remind you to pay attention. ‌Choose a smooth transportation method to avoid bumps and ensure the safe arrival of the disposable cutlery.
