Silicone Rubber Keypad

Our silicone rubber keypads use a silicone compression molding process. Liquid silicone is injected into a mold and then cured at high temperature, ensuring the key contours and character details are perfectly formed, and the structure of the silicone push buttons is secure.

Surface Treatment

• Spray Matting: The rubber keypads have a matte texture, providing a soft touch and reducing fingerprints, making it suitable for industrial equipment control panels.
• PU Coating: This provides abrasion and scratch resistance, so it is suitable for POS terminals and self-service kiosks.
• Oil Coating: This provides a smooth, stain-resistant, and fingerprint-resistant button surface, making rubber keyboard covers suitable for medical equipment and commercial cash registers.

Backlit Design

Light-Guiding Design: A light-guiding rod or film embedded in the bottom of the silicone keypads uses an LED light source to evenly transmit light, illuminating the characters. Both single-color and multi-color backlighting are supported.

Translucent Silicone: Its material make sures adjustable backlighting brightness, so it is suitable for medical and industrial equipment applications.

The backlighting process can be combined with matte spraying and PU coating.
