Process

Silicone lick mats are made of food-grade liquid silicone. First, the mold is designed. This custom precision silicone mold requires precise division of the product into four compartments, along with a honeycomb and raised dot structure.

Next, injection molding is performed. After the liquid silicone is injected into the mold, temperature and pressure are controlled to complete the one-piece formation of the slow food bowl, ensuring a stable structure.

The silicone dog feeders undergoes surface treatment. After molding, the silicone slow food bowl undergoes polishing and cleaning to ensure a smooth, burr-free surface, ensuring a pleasant user experience for pets.

The final step is the suction cup process. The suction cup on the back of the slow food bowl is made using silicone one-piece molding technology. The mold design ensures a seamless connection between the suction cup and the bowl body, ensuring a secure grip and seamless, easy cleaning.
