Plastic Housing

Plastic housings are made using injection molding. Plastic pellets are heated and melted, then injected into a mold cavity. After cooling and solidification, they are removed from the mold to produce the finished product.

The plastic enclosures production process is as follows: injection molding → post-processing (sandblasting/painting/silk screen printing) → assembly (screws/seals) → quality inspection (size/appearance/function).
