Product Description

Earphone silicone case are often manufactured using a silicone compression molding process. The silicone raw material is cut into pieces slightly larger than the mold space to prevent material shortages. The mold is then heated to 160-180°C to facilitate the flow of the silicone. Initially, air is squeezed out using a pressure of 5-10 MPa to prevent air bubbles in the finished product. Then, a high pressure of 15-25 MPa is applied to completely fill every corner of the mold with silicone. Finally, the molded silicone earbud case is trimmed of any burrs.

Color

We offer 12 Pantone standard colors for silicone airpod case, including basic colors like black, white, and gray, as well as Morandi colors. We also support custom effects such as pearlescent, gradient, and fluorescent colors, but require the customer to provide a Pantone color number or sample for verification. The MOQ for a single color is 500 pieces, while mixed-color orders start at 2,000 pieces. Each additional color incurs a 15% cost increase.

Shape and Function

Our earphone silicone cover the full AirPods lineup and mainstream Samsung Buds models, but we also support 3D scanning for molds of other models. Optional accessories, such as a lanyard hole, magnetic buckle, and folding stand, can be packaged with the earphone cases.

Material

The basic earbud case cover are made of food-grade liquid silicone with a hardness of 50±5 Shore A and are RoHS/REACH certified. High-end models feature antibacterial silicone with silver ions, anti-yellowing silicone with UV stabilizers, and an ultra-thin 1.2mm thickness.

Packaging & Delivery

The silicone covers for earbuds can be laser engraved or UV-printed with logos on the bottom, sides, or lining.

The earphone cases are packaged in paper cards and PE blister trays. The outer packaging is a color box or tin box, with customizable hot stamping or embossing. The MOQ is 1,000 sets. The prototype lead time for the airpod silicone covers is 7 business days. Our mass production lead time is 15-20 days.
